Meet the City Specialist

With more than a decade of experience in real estate, John Spidaliere has logged more than 200 real estate transaction, and has brokered another 500 transactions as broker at Puffer Morris Real Estate and LancLiving Realty. 

John has a background in communications, education, and small business leadership, giving him a well-rounded approach to marketing, negotiation, and client relationships.

He earned his real estate sales license in 2014, and soon after joined Puffer Morris. Three years later he acquired his broker’s license. Not long after that he struck out on his own and opened LancLiving Realty. The company was a certified B Corporation, recognized for meeting the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability.  LancLiving’s downtown Lancaster offices were also home to LancGallery, an art exhibition space that promoted emerging LGBTQ+ and BIPOC artists.

John’s real estate experience spans residential sales, investment properties, and brokerage management, with a specialization in residential and investment real estate in Lancaster City and surrounding communities. He is an instructor at the Lancaster County Association of Realtors Real Estate School, where he teaches Fundamentals of Real Estate, Fair Housing, and Real Estate Ethics.

John lives in Lancaster City, on the Historic East Side.
