George Smith

He moved to Lancaster County from Bucks County in 2012 to finish his higher education at Millersville University. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in physics, he decided to take in a different direction and pursue a career in real estate. After falling in love with the area and its community, he decided to stay and bought a home in the City of Lancaster.

Living here for a few years with his fiancé, Paula who is the Project Manager at Kinectiv Marketing, George volunteers with several local organizations including Lancaster Young Professionals, Lancaster Transplant, and the Dutchland Derby Rollers.

Although a transplant to Lancaster County, George hopes to become an active, thriving member and to ingrain himself and his growing family into a community he has come to love so much.

Jenny Orsag

Jenny Orsag first stepped into the world of real estate in 2010 while working in the appraisal industry alongside the president of a local real estate appraisal firm.

During her time there she learned a unique set of skills that are a valuable service during real estate transactions; specializing in value, marketing, and negotiation.

“I found my passion in real estate. One of my favorite aspects of this job is educating my clients on the real estate process. It’s important to me that they feel well-informed and in control of a huge milestone in their life!”

Although she spent most of her childhood in the pastoral setting of Southern Lancaster County, Jenny was born with a love for cities and moved to downtown Lancaster after college where she currently lives with her husband and two (adorable) cats.

In her spare time you can find her sipping a good cup of coffee (or wine), hosting friends for dinner parties, listening to a podcast, or playing piano.

To work with Jenny, contact her at or by phone at 717-305-0755.
